Schemes fail at the last mile far more often than at the design stage. We handle mobilisation, documentation, training and follow-through — as we do for NRLM, the Ministry of MSME, RAMP and the RuTAGe mission.

A cluster is a defined, costable unit of work with a visible endpoint: producers with shared equipment, a raw material bank, food safety compliance and a route to market that outlives the grant.

We host students and professionals who want field exposure — including through our international student exchange programme with Maastricht University School of Business and Economics.

What to expect

How an engagement usually starts

  1. A conversation about the problem

    Not a proposal yet. What community, what geography, what change you are trying to see, and what constraints you are working inside.

  2. Ground-truthing

    We check the reality on site. Baseline surveys are how we avoid designing a programme around an assumption that does not hold in that district.

  3. A costed design

    Soft interventions, hard interventions, timeline, beneficiary numbers and what will still be standing when the programme closes.

  4. Delivery and reporting

    We run it, with reporting against the outcomes agreed at the start rather than activity counts.
