A RuTAG Smart Village Centre (RSVC) is a permanent tech hub established at the Panchayat level by the Office of the Principal Scientific Adviser, Government of India, under the RuTAGe mission. Each centre is designed to serve 15–20 neighbouring villages, offering hands-on support and technology deployment over several years rather than a one-off training event.

Each centre covers agriculture and waste management, renewable energy, water, sanitation and hygiene, livelihood and entrepreneurship, affordable housing, FinTech and AR/VR, assistive technology, and custom solutions developed for local need.
WCS operates RuTAG Smart Village Centres at Panipat (Haryana), Satara (Maharashtra), Tappal in Aligarh (Uttar Pradesh), South Goa, and Ernakulam (Kerala).
